Each Azure bracelet is handmade using only high quality materials. Our goal is to ensure all of our customers fall in love with our pieces and we are working continuously in increasing customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over  EUR 75,00.

For orders below this amount, you will be charged a flat fee of EUR 7,-  for shipping and handling within EU, and EUR 10,- for the rest of the world.  

We process and ship orders within 3 business days from receipt date.  When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Make sure to check your spam folder, if you don't receive the email.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If there is something wrong with the item we send, we will try our best to repair or replace it. If that is not possible, we will refund the entire amount - including the transport costs. Please email us to sort the problem, including photos of the item damaged at arrival.

There is a limit period of 14 days since the receipt date that you can return a purchased item. We will not reimburse the transport costs if you decide to return an item which has no manufacturing flaws.

Please make sure you return the items in the same condition you have received them, unworn and in the original packaging.
